I paint my jungles in the desert.
On my way back from Nashville, we stopped and hiked through Burgess Falls. It was absolutely incredible. I loved the scenery and the trail was nice and cleared. The place was absent of beer cans and broken glass. The people on the trails hiking were the nicest.
Probably my favorite picture of me from the little Burgess Falls adventure.

I hate my expression, but I just kind of like my hair in that one.

On one of the earlier lookouts.
There were small lookout points all down the trail, and the falls would steadily increase in size as you walked further down the banks.

As you walked over a small bridge, only about a foot over the water and three or four feet wide in the trail, you walked past the above the photo. It was soooo pretty.

We caught up to the family in front of us just as we were exiting and on the gravel trail back to the parking lot. The little girl on the man's shoulder was just the cutest and kept looking back at us. Such big brown, beautiful eyes!

Nice statuesque photos! and yes, you do have lovely hair.
I like the contrast between you and the whiteness of the falls. Looks marvelous.

I love the first photo of you, lassie. The falls look really great. I think that is something that I've been missing personally. I can't think of the last time I saw a good waterfall... over a year ago at least.
@sarahfus - You should really check it out if you are ever near Cookeville. Just saying since you're relatively close to the TN area. :) I hope you've been well recently, doll!
@jstickmann - Feel free to check out some of the other photos on Google if you're really interested. It's such a beautiful place. Thanks for the rec.
@flann00 - You know, I actually think the same thing about me, these were the first waterfalls I have seen in a very, very long time. It's rather disappointing really.
Awesome hair.
Man, that does look like an amazing place to visit. I'd love to see that waterfall in person.
Oh you are most welcome Nephew and I need a road trip thats not too far from here for artistic endevours this looks like the place and I love Tennesse..and the Smokey Mts too..Thanks.

You are so beautifully thin!! And your hair does look amazing in that one picture. lol I love the picture of the last family. I wish my family did more things like that sometimes.
Looks like you had fun even if you didn't smile for your pictures. The photo of the leaves in the water is especially nice. Looks like the kind of thing that would lend itself to a rendering in oil pastels....
Gorgeous pictures!
These pics are excellent. You look good. Esp the hair. Seems like nature and you agree. That also looks like tons of fun. Hikes are cool. Nice descriptions!

I thought the 17 comments would be compliments from guys but no. So I'm gonna say it, girl you are gorgeous.
I love your pictures! I also really like how your hair has that wind effect.
How have you been doing lately? I feel like we haven't talked in so long!
@murisopsis - It's a rarity to get a picture of me smiling these days. ;)
@the_fur_pimp - You would have loved it! Even had designated fishing areas, would have suited you nicely.
@Dare2BDiferentt - Well, you shouldn't be so far away! :P
